The breeder list that Puffin and I used to keep here has been discontinued in favor of the more complete listing on the North American Cockapoo Registry website - www.cockapoos.com . Click on the Breeder List from the menu in the left frame of the site and you will find a comprehensive listing, alphabetically by state, as well as Canada. The NACR offers this list in good faith as a matter of public service to both cockapoo breeders and hopeful cockapoo owners. I encourage both all breeders and owners to register their stock, litters and dogs with the NACR so that we can develop and protect this wonderful hybrid and bring it into breed status of its own, protected from unscrupulous and unhealthy breeding practices. As always, cockapoos are bred first for health and temperament, and supporting the NACR genetic database is a very important step in this process. Thank you! Ginny T., May 29, 2001
